A body we all have, so strong and so bright,
With a head that thinks, and helps us see light,
Hands that hold, and arms that embrace,
Feet that take us to different place.

Chest that holds our heart, that beats so true,
And helps us love, and be kind too,
Our body is amazing, and works every day,
In so many ways, in all we do and say.

So let's use our head, and hands to create,
And our arms to give love, before it's too late,
And our feet to wander, and explore new lands,
With our chest held high, showing love to all hands.

This body we have, is a gift from above,
So let's take care of it, with care and love.
