Once upon a time there was a little bear named Benny. Benny loved to climb trees and play in the meadows, but one day he started to feel a pain in his shoulder. He rubbed his shoulder with his paw, but the pain didn't go away.
Benny decided to visit his friend, Dr. Owl, who lived in a tree near the meadow. Dr. Owl looked at Benny's shoulder and discovered that his neck was stiff and his head was tilted to one side.
Dr. Owl asked Benny to stand still, and gently massaged his neck and shoulder. Benny felt much better and thanked Dr. Owl for his help.
As Benny was about to leave, Dr. Owl noticed that Benny's hair was falling out of place, so he helped him comb it back into place. Dr. Owl then listened to Benny's chest with his stethoscope and found that his heart was beating too fast.
Dr. Owl told Benny to lie down on his back and relax. Benny did as he was told and soon his heart was beating normally again. Dr. Owl then checked Benny's bottom and found that it was sore from all the climbing and playing he had been doing.
So Dr. Owl gave Benny a special ointment to put on his bottom, and told him to take it easy for a few days. Benny thanked Dr. Owl again and went home feeling much better. From that day on, Benny remembered to take care of his whole body, from the top of his head to the tips of his toes.
