Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Lily. She had a bad cold and was feeling very sick. She had a headache, an earache, and a toothache all at the same time! She went to the doctor and they gave her some aspirin to help with the pain. But when she tried to take the aspirin, she stuck out her tongue and made a face. "This medicine tastes terrible!" she said.

The next day, Lily heard some news that made her feel even worse. Her best friend was moving away! She felt so sad and didn't know what to do. But then she remembered something her mother had told her. "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." So, she decided to make the best of it and have a going away party for her friend. They had so much fun together and took lots of pictures to remember the good times.

In the end, Lily learned that sometimes things can be bad, but if you look for the good in them, you can still have a happy ending. The end.
