Up in the sky so blue and wide
The clouds roll by, they love to glide
With a gust of wind, they start to play
And dance across the sky all day

But sometimes the wind begins to roar
And dark clouds gather more and more
The thunder booms and lightning flashes bright
And soon the rain comes down with might

It patters on the rooftops and the ground
And all the flowers start to bow down
But soon the storm begins to fade
And sunshine peeks out from the shade

So don't be afraid when the storm clouds loom
Just stay inside and cozy in your room
And listen to the symphony outside
Of wind, cloud, sky, thunder, lightning, and rain that collide.
