Lost in the Enchanted Forest

Earth is our home, where we all reside,
And it's filled with wonders that we can't hide.
From solid ground we stand and play,
To liquid oceans that ebb and sway.

When it gets cold, liquids freeze,
Solid ice forms, it's easy to see.
But up in the sky, there's something new,
A fluffy white cloud, that's not quite true.

It's made of water, but not quite the same,
It's a gas called vapor, with a different name.
It floats up high, above our heads,
And changes form, as it moves ahead.

So remember kids, the world is vast,
With different states, that can be amassed.
From solid to liquid to gas and back,
Nature's cycles, always on track.
