Family Tree: The Story of Many Branches

In a family there are many,
Brothers, sisters, and cousins aplenty,
Parents and aunts and uncles too,
All of them together, a special crew.

Before we know it, we're part of the clan,
Our family tree growing like a diagram,
With branches that reach far and wide,
And roots that run deep, side by side.

Our sister is the one we play with,
Our brother's the one we sometimes hit,
Our cousin's the one we meet at the park,
Together we laugh, sing and make a mark.

Our aunt and uncle love us so,
Their hugs and kisses make us glow,
And when we look around, we see,
Our family's the best that it can be.

So let's cherish our family every day,
And be grateful for the love on display,
For the bond that we share, deep and true,
Makes us a family, me and you.
