Feathered Friends: A Tale of Understanding and Harmony

In the woods so wild and free,
A turkey strutted happily,
Leaving tracks upon the ground,
As he roamed and looked around.

Then a Pilgrim came to see,
The turkey with his feathers free,
"Oh, turkey, you are a gem,
The tastiest bird of them!"

But the turkey replied in fright,
"Please don't eat me, it's not right,
I am a creature of the land,
Just like you, I hope you understand."

The Pilgrim paused and looked at him,
Realizing his mistake within,
"You're right, my feathered friend,
I'll let you roam until the end."

And so the turkey roamed so free,
Leaving tracks for all to see,
While the Pilgrim watched in awe,
Learning from the turkey's call.

So remember, kids, all of them,
Animals are not just for them,
We share this land, we all are free,
Let's live in peace and harmony.
