Lost in the Enchanted Forest

In shapes and lines we find such fun,
So let's explore a few, every one!

First, a rectangle, so many sides,
Four to be exact, all straight and sized,
Two long, two short, a shape so neat,
A perfect frame for things to greet!

Next, a circle, so round and bright,
No corners here, just curves in sight,
It joins and rolls with perfect ease,
A shape that's happy, just like a breeze!

A square comes next, four equal parts,
Each angle straight, no curves or hearts,
It's solid, strong, and never bends,
A shape that lasts until the end!

Now let's join these shapes, two or three,
And see what other shapes we can be,
We'll make a house, a car, a train,
So many shapes we can attain!

In shapes and lines we find such fun,
So let's explore a few, every one!
We'll make them big, we'll make them small,
And discover new shapes, one and all!
