A Journey Through the Enchanted Forest

Thanksgiving Day is coming soon,
A time to be grateful, not just consume.
We give thanks for the food we share,
And for the love that's always there.

Our family gathers around the table,
We hold hands and we say a prayer,
Thanking the farmer for the supply,
And the grocer who helped us buy.

We ate turkey and mashed potatoes,
And stuff our bellies till we can't take no more.
But we must remember whose hard work,
Made this feast, we shouldn't shirk.

So let's load up our plates with gratitude,
And remember those who helped with this food.
Happy Thanksgiving, young ones, let's say,
And let's give thanks for another day!
