High in the Sky: A Pilot's Adventure

Up in the sky, way up high,
A pilot flies his plane with a sigh.
He steers with care, and takes the lead,
Through scenery, bright and full of speed.

The burner roars, the engine hums,
As the nylon wings catch the sun.
The fuel flows through, like liquid gold,
And oxygen keeps the engine bold.

A satellite beams from far away,
Guiding the pilot through night and day.
And as he flies, he sees below,
The beauty of the earth, aglow.

With a steady hand, and a heart of steel,
The pilot flies with great appeal.
And though the journey may be long,
He knows he'll make it, with his will so strong.

So let's all look up, and dream of flight,
Of soaring high, and reaching new heights.
And when we see that plane go by,
We'll know that anything is possible if we try.
