In a fancy restaurant, oh so grand,
Kids gathered, forks in hand.
But one child had to be wary,
Of an allergy to peanuts, quite scary.

Allergic was this little tot,
To that tiny legume, a tiny spot.
The allergy could make him wheeze,
And make his throat and face swell with ease.

But the child knew just what to do,
To keep himself healthy and true.
He carried medicine with him each day,
Just in case peanuts came his way.

He also checked the label with care,
Of every dish that he would dare.
To ensure no peanut ingredient was found,
Or else he'd have to turn it down.

And so he dined with great delight,
Eating everything in his sight.
Without worry or any fear,
For he knew how to keep his allergy clear.

And all the kids watched in awe,
Amazed at the things he saw.
For he taught them how to stay safe,
And enjoy food without a trace.
