The Boy and the Magic Turkey

Once upon a time in a land of dreams,
Lived a young boy who loved to scheme.
He dreamed of adventure and magic galore,
And longed to explore the world outside his door.

One day, while eating his porridge so sweet,
He heard a strange knock on his door's beat.
He jumped up to answer with great delight,
And found a giant turkey with feathers so bright.

The turkey, whose name was Gobble,
Told the boy of a land so wondrous and noble.
The boy could hardly believe his luck,
As Gobble promised him a journey with no muck.

But alas, the journey was not so fun,
The boy groaned and whined as they began to run.
Through mountains and valleys, and rivers so wide,
They faced many challenges with nowhere to hide.

But just as the boy was about to give in,
They reached their destination and he saw a grin.
For the land they found was full of magic and wonder,
And the boy knew he'd never return to his slumber.

So if you ever hear a knock on your door,
And a strange creature waiting for you to explore,
Don't groan or whine, just take the chance,
And you might find a world full of song and dance.
