We have a government,
To make sure it's fair, you see.

The government is responsible,
For keeping us all safe,
And making laws to help us out,
So we can thrive in this place.

When it's time for an election,
A candidate will run,
To become the president,
And lead us as one.

But before you can vote,
You need to do your part,
Register for the election,
And be ready to take part.

So remember, young ones,
Our government is here to stay,
And it's up to us to be responsible,
And vote on election day!
