The Rise of a Baseball Star

Come gather 'round, young children, and listen to my rhyme,
Of a baseball star who rose to fame, in record-breaking time.

He was just a rookie, when he stepped up to the plate,
But he had a heart full of passion, and a burning will to create.

He practiced hard each season, with every swing and throw,
Until he mastered every move, and his skills began to grow.

His batting average climbed, higher than before,
And he soon became an all-star, a champion to adore.

He led his team to victory, in the championship game,
And everyone in Japan, knew his record would remain.

For he had become a legend, in the league of greats,
With a single-minded focus, that no one could replicate.

So young ones, take his example, and work hard every day,
And you too might become a star, in your own special way.
