In the soil deep, where the roots go down
There's magic happening all around
The earth is rich with nutrients so fine
A perfect place to grow and climb

With muscles strong, the plants take root
And push through soil, without a hoot
They soak up sunlight, they drink in rain
And stretch up tall, without a strain

But even plants need a little mate
To help them grow, and to procreate
With fertilizer's help, they bloom with pride
And spread their seeds, far and wide

We must protect them, every day
From bugs and critters, that come to prey
And with a little care and love
They'll thrive, below and above

So let's remember, as we play
The plants that grow, from day to day
They need our help, to stay strong and true
And make the world, more beautiful too.
