Out on the plains, where the wild things roam,
A herd of mustangs made their home.
Several horses, strong and free,
Living in peace and harmony.

But dangers lurked, in every form,
From pests that bite to raging storms.
The mustangs needed a sanctuary,
A place to protect their herd and carry.

So they searched the land, far and wide,
For a place where they could reside.
And when they found it, they set to work,
To remove the pests and dangers that lurk.

With care and patience, they tamed the land,
And made it safe for their herd to stand.
Now the mustangs roam, wild and free,
But they know they have a sanctuary.

A place to protect, a place to grow,
A place to call their own below.
And though the dangers may come and go,
The mustangs are safe in their sanctuary's flow.
