The Adventures of the Savanna Herbivores

In the savanna, wide and grand,
Lives a world so full and grand,
Where herbivores roam and play,
In search of food to eat each day.

The matriarch leads the way,
Through the grasses tall and swaying,
Her herd follows close behind,
A mate or two they hope to find.

They stop by the water hole,
For a drink, to quench their soul,
And find a mineral or two,
To keep their bones strong and true.

But danger lurks around each bend,
For some animals are now endangered,
So they must stay on their route,
To stay safe and sound, no doubt.

When they dive into the pond,
A snorkel helps them stay beyond,
And explore the world down there,
Where fish and plants are everywhere.

So let's all learn from these friends,
And cherish the world till the end,
For nature's beauty must be preserved,
So all these creatures can be observed.
