The Brave Little Mouse

In a world of conflict and strife,
We can find inspiration to live a good life,
Even when things seem so unfair,
There are examples of people who care.

Take the Hindu tradition of nonviolence,
A powerful tool to stop any tense,
It shows us how to protest with respect,
Without hurting anyone we can still object.

We can support a cause we believe,
And still be kind, not deceive,
We can use our voices to make a change,
Without resorting to acts that are strange.

Let's learn from those who came before,
And strive to be better, to do more,
With their example to guide us,
We can make the world a place for all of us.
