The Magic Paintbrush

On Thanksgiving Day, we gather to feast,
A potluck of food that's fit for a beast.
But wait, what's this? A vegetarian dish,
A colorful salad, my what a delish!

We decorate the table with leaves and pine cones,
And set out the dishes with plates and stones.
The turkey's dressed in its finest attire,
And the stuffing is ready to inspire.

But what about those who don't eat meat?
Will they starve and not have a treat?
Not at all, for there's plenty to share,
From veggie sides to fruit that's rare.

And as we sit down to give thanks,
For family and friends and all the good ranks,
Let's remember to share with those in need,
And show kindness and love with every good deed.

So let's raise a glass to this special day,
And the blessings that come in every way,
With vegetarian dishes and tasty dressing,
Let's celebrate and keep on blessing.
