The Garden's Guardians

In a garden full of life,
There are creatures big and small,
But let me tell you of the ones,
Who protect the flowers tall.

The ants, they scurry here and there,
To congregate in busy hives,
And while they work, they keep a watch,
For any plant that thrives.

They guard the blooms with all their might,
From tiny pests that try to bite,
They keep them safe with all their strength,
And keep the flowers shining bright.

The bees, they buzz around the air,
Collecting pollen with great care,
They flutter from anther to anther,
Making sure the plants will prosper.

But did you know that from these blooms,
We get a special extract too?
It's antibacterial, that's right,
It keeps us healthy through and through.

So let's be thankful for these gifts,
From our native plants and trees,
The cells and pollen they provide,
Are all we need to live with ease.
