The Joyful Acre: A Tale of Sharing and Harmony

Once upon a time, in a land far away,
There was an acre of territory, where creatures would play.
But a problem arose, a dispute of claim,
Two creatures wanted it, and both felt the same.

The boomer said, "I saw it first, it's mine to lease."
The different one argued, "But I need it to feast!"
The two creatures bickered, they couldn't agree,
So they went to the wise owl, to hear what he'd decree.

"Let's include everyone, and share the land,"
Said the owl, "That way, everyone can lend a hand."
Sooner than later, the creatures realized the boon,
Working together made them happier and their lives, in tune.

Now, the acre of territory was a joyful sight,
With creatures of all kinds, living in delight.
And if a problem arose, they'd work together as a team,
Making peace and harmony, like a beautiful dream.
