In the forest, you will find,

With a canopy that covers the land.
Coniferous trees, standing strong,
Providing shelter all day long.

A deciduous type, with leaves that fall,
Creating a carpet, that covers all.
Fungi and plants, growing below,
Adding to the complex show.

In this place, each part is key,
From the tallest tree, to the tiniest flea.
The definition of balance, you see,
A place where all living things can be free.

So let's protect this special land,
And do our best to lend a hand.
For if we care, and do what's right,
This ecosystem will thrive, with all its might.
