Heroes of the Fire Station

Once upon a time in a town so small,
Lived a group of heroes, brave and tall.
They were firefighters, always on call,
Ready to respond in an emergency, one and all.

They'd stow their gear, hop on the truck,
And rush to the scene, never feeling stuck.
Their equipment they'd tinker and fix,
So it worked perfectly and never missed.

With hydrant and hose, they'd douse the fire,
And save all that they could from the pyre.
Rescue was their duty, they'd go to any length,
To make sure everyone was safe and sound, with strength.

They'd take kids on tours of the station,
And show them how they worked without hesitation.
These heroes worked in shifts, night and day,
To keep the town safe in every single way.

So if you see a firefighter, give a cheer,
For they're always there, always near.
Remember the courage and the bravery they show,
And thank them for keeping us safe, wherever we go.
