The Loyal Knight and His Sword

Once upon a time, in a kingdom so grand,
Lived a noble knight with a sword in his hand.
He had an armorer who crafted his blade,
And an apprentice who learned from his trade.

But one day, a courtier disturbed their peace,
With a request for the knight's sword to lease.
The adviser to the king summoned the knight,
To ask for his sword and dismiss the slight.

But the knight replied with a nod of his head,
"My sword stays with me, in its scabbard it shall rest.
For it is my duty to protect this land,
And with my sword, I'll defend it with my own hand."

So the courtier left, and the kingdom was safe,
The knight stayed loyal and upheld his great faith.
And the armorer crafted more swords for the knight,
To protect the kingdom day and night.

So young kids, remember this tale so true,
Be loyal and brave, and always stay true.
For in every kingdom, there's a hero to be found,
And it could be you, with your feet on the ground.
