Sam and the Mysterious Key

In the garden, down below,
Lies a place where things can grow.
It's not a place that you can see,
But it's important, just believe.

It's called compost, a natural way
To reuse what we throw away.
The things we toss that once seemed dead,
Can bring new life instead.

Decay is not always bad,
It's how new life can be had.
And the benefit we gain from this,
Is a healthy garden, full of bliss.

We need to be frugal with what we use,
To avoid a world that's polluted and abused.
We must be good citizens, you see,
And care for the earth, naturally.

By being intelligent and wise,
We can anticipate what we need to do to survive.
Barren lands can flourish once more,
Consequently, life can be restored.

So let's be kids who love to play,
But also kids who care each day.
Let's take care of the earth and all it gives,
And make compost our new way to live.
