The Adventures of the Food-Loving Flying Fox

In a land of wonder and delight,
Where creatures roamed both day and night,
There lived a flying fox so bold,
Whose love for food was quite untold.

One day he tasted something new,
A delicacy called borscht stew,
It was rich and warm and oh so tasty,
He gobbled it up and felt quite hasty.

But that was not the only treat,
For he soon discovered something sweet,
A cannoli filled with creamy cacao,
He licked his lips and cried out "wow!"

And so he traveled far and wide,
In search of treats he could not hide,
From cookies, cakes to pudding pies,
He loved them all, to his surprise.

But of all the things he had tasted,
The ones that he enjoyed the most,
Were the foods that left him feeling elated,
And made him feel like a flying host.

So now, whenever he takes flight,
The flying fox feels light as a kite,
And as he soars up in the sky,
He remembers all the foods that make him fly.
