The Agile Hero's Vow

In a land so far away,
Where beasts and dragons play,
There lived a hero agile and bold,
With a heart of pure gold.

He made a vow to save the land,
To protect it with his bare hand,
And so he set out on a quest,
To do his very best.

He fought savagely with all his might,
To defeat the creatures of the night,
And he never once gave up the fight,
For his allegiance was strong and right.

But there was a villain corrupt,
Who held a grudge, that wouldn't stop,
And he sent his underlings to flail,
And make the hero's efforts fail.

But the hero stood tall and true,
And fought with all his might anew,
He never let the villain win,
And kept his vow to the very end.

And so the land was saved at last,
From the villain's cruel and evil grasp,
And the hero proved his loyalty,
To the land and its beauty.
