Isolated Penguin's Quest for Companionship

Once upon a time, in a faraway land,
There was a little penguin, all alone and bland,
Isolated from his flock, he longed for some company,
But there was no one around, just endless icy,
The delicacy of fish, was all he had to eat,
But he dreamed of a feast, with a diverse meat.

He heard stories of migration, of birds on the wing,
Who traveled far and wide, to experience spring,
He wanted to join them, but he had no clue,
How to navigate the vastness, of the ocean so blue,
So he bristled his feathers, and attempted to fly,
But soon realized, it was not meant for penguins to try.

In his search for companionship, he stumbled upon,
A crevasse, where the sun had never shone,
It was crystalline and sparkling, a sight to behold,
And he felt a sudden warmth, in his heart so cold,
He bellowed with joy, and crouched in delight,
For he had found a treasure, so bright.

Coincidentally, the other penguins soon arrived,
And found their little friend, so compact and alive,
They had been searching for him, for so long,
And now they had found him, singing a happy song,
They all shared the delicacies, of the sea,
And danced in the snow, filled with glee.

So remember, little ones, when you're feeling down,
And think you're isolated, and no one is around,
Look for the crystalline crevasses, in your life,
And you may find a treasure, that will help you thrive.
