The Adventures of a Brave Little Mouse

In the land of money and wealth,
There's an institution that's prime,
It's called the Federal Reserve,
And it's been around for a long time.

They help to regulate currency,
And make sure it's all in check,
They keep it safe and sound,
So there's no need to fret.

But there are some bad guys out there,
Called counterfeiters, oh my,
They try to make fake money,
And they make the real stuff shy.

So the Federal Reserve steps in,
To stop them in their tracks,
They make sure the money's legit,
And that there are no cracks.

Every bill and coin has value,
That's called the face value you see,
It's how much it's worth in dollars,
And it's all legal tender, guaranteed.

Some money's made of precious metal,
Like gold and silver, oh so fine,
These are numismatic treasures,
And they're worth much more than a dime.

And last but not least,
There's something called denomination,
It's how much the bill is worth,
And it's a vital calculation.

So there you have it kids,
A lesson in money and more,
Thanks to the Federal Reserve,
We can buy and trade galore.
