Fossil fuels, what are they?
A source of energy, we use every day
But burning them creates CO2
Which causes climate change, it's true

The problem is that they're scarce
And finding new ones is quite rare
So what's the solution, what can we do?
How can we protect the planet for me and you?

We need to find a new source of power
One that won't make the temperature sour
Wind and solar, they're the key
Renewable energy for you and me

By choosing these sources, we can fight
The harmful effects of carbon in sight
We can stop climate change, make a difference too
And protect our planet, for me and you.
