Lost in the Enchanted Forest

Let me tell you of muscles strong,
That help us all day long.

First up, the biceps and triceps,
They help us lift and carry our chips.

The gluteus maximus is the seat,
That helps us sit and move our feet.

The quadriceps help us run and jump,
And land without a single thump.

The Achilles tendon is oh so neat,
It helps us stand up on our feet.

The hamstring is what helps us bend,
And touch our toes without an end.

Now, muscles come in two types,
Voluntary and involuntary, like kites.

Voluntary muscles we can control,
But involuntary muscles, they have their own goal.

Lastly, to stay healthy and strong,
We need to keep our muscles flexible all day long.

So, stretch and move every single day,
And your muscles will help you in every way.
