Adventure on the Sandbar

On a sandy beach where the waves crash loud
A sandbar lies, and it makes us proud
To explore this world so isolated
With a zoologist, inquiring and fascinated.

We trek through dunes and unkempt terrain
Our excursion begins, without refrain
A distressed foal, we soon find
Vulnerable and scared, left behind.

We muzzle the foal, to keep it calm
And carry it with us, in our arm
Through the sand, we make our way
To civilization, without delay.

But first, we learn about this land
The creatures that live here, so grand
The zoologist shows us the way
To understand and respect their way.

At last, we reach our destination
Where the foal finds comfort and salvation
On this adventure, we have learned so much
And our love for nature, we will never touch.
