Read together
Once there was an arachnid so fine
With silk as strong as a twisting vine
It could burrow deep in the ground
And rest in peace, without a sound
Its nervous system was quite unique
With senses that could even mystique
And if there was any irritation
It could paralyze with its sensation
But even though it seemed so tough
It was vulnerable, that was enough
For danger to come and take a toll
And leave it feeling quite out of control
But don't worry, it had a plan
It would simply molt and take a stand
And grow a new skin, fresh and bright
Ready to defend with all its might
And when it ate, its digestive ways
Would break down food in just a few days
And vibrations from its prey nearby
Would lead it to a tasty supply
So when you see an arachnid so small
Remember it's got power to enthrall
And though its venom might bring fear
It's just a part of its nature so dear.
Talk about it
