A Journey to the Park

On the right, go to the corner,
Turn left, and you'll be a mover.
Across the street from where you stand,
Next to a building made of sand.

Around the corner from the store,
On the corner, there's so much more.
Go straight, and you will see,
A world of wonder, just for thee.

On the left, there's a park so bright,
With trees and swings, what a sight!
So many kids to play with too,
This is the place for me and you.

So now you know the way to go,
Just follow these steps, and you'll know.
And when you get there, have some fun,
In the park where the day is done!

  2. Where is the park located in relation to the starting point?
  3. What does the child see and do when they reach the park?
  4. Can you describe the park the child reaches at the end of the journey?
  5. What do you think the child will do next after reaching the park?
