The Wonderful World of Work

Waiter, pupils, doctor, vet,
Builder, farmer, teacher, yet,
All these people have a role,
In making our world bright and whole.

Waiter, with a tray in hand,
Brings us food that’s hot and grand.
Pupils learn and grow each day,
With knowledge they’ll make their way.

Doctors keep us healthy, true,
With shots and medicine, it’s due.
Vets take care of furry friends,
Making sure their health never ends.

Builders use their tools with skill,
Constructing buildings, big and still.
Farmers work the fields so green,
Bringing crops and food to be seen.

Teachers show us right from wrong,
Helping us to sing a song.
Each person in their special place,
Helps to make the world a better place.
