A dog and a cat, a desk and a chair,

The dog loves to play, with a wag of his tail,

The cat purrs so soft, and won't even set sail.

The desk is for drawing, the chair for some rest,

With a cup full of juice, the day will be blessed.

The cake is so sweet, with frosting so fine,

The duck loves to swim, with a quack that's divine.

The car takes us places, so fast and so fun,

The door opens wide, when the day is done.

So come join the fun, and let's play with these things,

With a dog and a cat, and a host of good things.

We'll dance and we'll sing, and have a blast,

With the best of friends, this day will surely last.
