A bird up in the sky so high
Flies with grace, watch it glide by
A chicken pecks in the yard
With feathers bright, it’s not very hard

A duck that swims in the pond
Quacking away, it’s a musical bond
A cat that purrs, soft and low
With fur so warm, it’s a friend you know

A dog that barks and loves to play
Wagging its tail each and every day
A horse with a mane so fine
Galloping fast, it’s a sight so divine

A cow that moo's, it's such a sound
Grazing in fields, it wanders around
A sheep that baa's, it's so meek
Fleece so soft, it's hard to sleep

All of these animals, big and small
Each one is special, they stand tall
Together they make our world so bright
Bringing joy and delight.
