The Fun-Filled Adventure of Our Bodies

A poem for little ones, so fun and so bright,
With words they can say and movements they might,
From head to toe, let's explore and play,
With each body part we move in our own way.

We start with our head, it's up in the sky,
With eyes that can see, and a brain that can think why.
Next is our nose, it's how we smell,
And our mouth, it's how we can say, "Hello well!"

Our arms and our legs, they help us to run,
And our hands and our feet, they help us have fun.
Our fingers and toes, they wiggle and dance,
And our knees, they can bend with a little prance.

So let's use our bodies and move all around,
And make silly faces that always astound,
With every part working together so well,
We can laugh and play and just have a ball!
