An ant so small, with a book in hand,
A baby beside, sitting in the sand.
The ant cuts an apple, so crisp and red,
And offers a piece to the baby, well fed.

The baby says "thank you", with a smile so bright,
And the ant continues to read with delight.
Then the ant reaches for a cookie, with care,
And shares it with the baby, to show they both care.

Together they play, and laugh with glee,
As the sun sets, and the stars come out to see.
Their friendship so strong, as sweet as can be,
Just like the cookie, for all the world to see.

So remember, my dear young ones, with a heart so true,
That sharing and kindness, will always see you through.
And like the ant and the baby, friends you will be,
Enjoying life's simple joys, for all eternity.
