Hop on one foot, try not to fall,

Jump over the puddles, don't mind the splash,
Run through the park, don't slow down, dash!
Ride in a circle, go round and round,
Or jump on a trampoline, reach for the ground.
Play a game of catch, have some fun,
Or hop on a pogo stick, until you're done.
Run with the wind, let your hair flow,
Just remember to always play it safe, you know!
