Adventures in Childhood: A Day of Fun and Fantasy

A Poem for Little Ones

With mittens on their hands so warm,
And sandals on their feet so light,
They run and skip without a care,
From morning 'til the end of night.

With belts around their tiny waists,
And helmets on their heads so bright,
They ride their bikes with all their might,
So fearless in their childhood sight.

With swimsuits on for a day at the pool,
And necklaces that sparkle and shine,
They splash and play with glee so cool,
And soak up the sun like it's a sign.

With blouses bright and bows so neat,
And rings that twinkle on their fingers,
They dance and sing and skip down the street,
With joy that makes the day so sweet.

With gloves to keep their hands so snug,
And trainers on their feet so fast,
They run and play and have fun,
And make memories that will last.

And when they want to be a queen,
They wear a crown so regal and grand,
And wrap a scarf around their neck,
To keep them warm and make them grand.

So here's a poem for little ones,
With words to make them smile and shine,
For every day is filled with fun,
When you're young and free and so divine!
