The Rainbow of Emotions: A Story for Young Hearts

Happy, angry, sad, shocked, hungry, excited, confused,
So many feelings, which one will you choose?

When you're happy, you laugh and play all day,
And nothing can bring you down in any way.

When you're angry, you might stamp your feet,
And let out a roar that can't be beat.

When you're sad, you might feel like crying,
But just remember, with time, you'll start flying.

When you're shocked, your eyes might grow wide,
And you might even let out a little cry.

When you're hungry, your stomach will grumble and growl,
And you'll need some food to make you feel whole.

When you're excited, you might jump for joy,
And feel like you can conquer anything, oh boy!

When you're confused, you might feel lost,
But just take a deep breath and count to what's the cost.

So, when you feel these feelings come and go,
Just remember, it's okay to let them show!
