Aches and Pains and What to Do

Oh, the aches and pains we feel,
Sometimes they just don't seem real.
Like when we have a chicken pox,
Or a cough that just won't go.

An earache or a cut finger too,
Can make us feel so blue.
And when we have something in our eye,
It's hard to say goodbye.

A fever, headache, sunburn sore,
Can make us want to stay indoors.
With a runny nose, toothache too,
We don't know what to do.

Stomachaches can make us frown,
And insect bites just bring us down.
But don't worry, these will pass,
And you'll be back to have a blast!

So when you're feeling sick or low,
Just remember to let it go.
Rest and drink some fluids too,
And soon you'll be feeling brand new!
