"This won't do at all!" exclaimed Carl. "We need to fix this right away!"

First, they straightened out the sheet and fluffed up the pillows. Then, they got to work on the keyboard. They tried typing on it, but all the missing keys made it very difficult.

"What are we going to do?" asked one of the pillows.

Just then, Carl had a brilliant idea. "I know!" he exclaimed. "We'll use my magic powers to fix the keyboard."

And with a flick of his carpet fibers, the keyboard was good as new. The keys were all in their proper place and they worked perfectly.

The pillows and quilt cheered and clapped for Carl. They had never seen such a clever carpet before.

From that day on, Carl was known as the "Fix-It Carpet" and he became very famous in the magical land of pillows and quilts.
