The Poor Person's Wish

Once upon a time, there was a poor person who lived next door to a wealthy neighbour. The poor person always missed the good life and wished they could move away from their humble abode.

One day, the poor person discovered a magic wand that would grant them any wish. The poor person wished to become rich and famous overnight. To their surprise, their wish was granted and they were suddenly surrounded by people admiring their newfound wealth and fame.

But the poor person soon realized that being rich and famous wasn't all it was cracked up to be. They missed the simple life they used to have and wished they could go back to their old home. The magic wand was still in their possession, so they wished to return to their previous state.

Their wish was granted, and the poor person was back in their old home. They were happy to see that their neighbour, who was now wealthy, was still the same kind and friendly person they always knew. The poor person learned that money can't buy happiness and that true friends will always be there no matter what.

From that day on, the poor person lived a happy and content life, never wishing to move away from their home again. The end.
