Once upon a time, in a dark forest, there lived a parrot named Polly. Polly loved to tell stories and entertain everyone who lived in the forest. One day, as Polly was flying over the forest, she heard a loud voice calling for help. She flew towards the voice and found a thief who had entered a dark cave and couldn't find his way out.
The thief was scared and didn't have a torch, so Polly offered to help him. She flew into the cave and lit the way with her bright feathers, which glowed in the dark. The thief was grateful and followed Polly as she led him out of the cave.
Once they were out of the cave, the thief thanked Polly and asked her if she could tell him a story to pass the time. Polly was happy to oblige and began to tell a funny story about a group of animals who entered a dark forest and had a series of adventures.
As Polly told her story, the thief couldn't help but laugh at the silly antics of the animals. Suddenly, he realized that he had been so caught up in the story that he had forgotten why he had entered the dark forest in the first place. He thanked Polly for making him forget his worries and for leading him out of the cave.
And so, the thief went on his way, a little lighter and happier thanks to Polly's storytelling. And Polly, well, she just kept on flying, ready to share her stories and bring a little joy to anyone who needed it.
The end.
