Max's Big Road Sign Adventure

Once upon a time, there was a little store called "Bits and Bobs" that sold all sorts of silly things. The store had a friendly customer who loved to come and shop there every day. His name was Max.

One day, Max walked into the store and approached the counter to buy some candy. The manager, a friendly man named Mr. Smith, was there to serve him. However, as soon as Max stepped up to the counter, Mr. Smith forgot his name!

"Uh, hello sir, what can I get for you today?" Mr. Smith asked, trying to play it cool.

Max replied, "It's me, Max! You know, the regular customer who comes in here every day?"

But Mr. Smith still didn't recognize him! He scratched his head and asked, "Max who?"

Max was getting frustrated. "Max, the guy who always buys the red candies!" he exclaimed.

Just then, Mr. Smith snapped his fingers and said, "Oh! I remember now! Max and his red candies. How could I forget?"

Max was relieved and got his candies, but as he was walking down the road to go home, he started to feel a little worried. What if Mr. Smith forgot him again tomorrow?

So, Max came up with a plan. The next day, when he walked into the store, he wore a big road sign that said "Hi, I'm Max, the guy who always buys the red candies!"

When Mr. Smith saw him, he couldn't help but laugh. From that day on, he never forgot Max's name or his love for red candies. They both had a good laugh about it every time Max came in to the store. And Max was happy because he knew he would always be remembered.

The end.
