Once upon a time, there was a curious little mouse named Max. Max lived in a cozy mouse hole in a workshop full of tools and building supplies. One day, Max decided to build himself a brand new home. He was determined to make it the best mouse home in all the land!
Max started by measuring the centerline of his mouse hole and marking it with a piece of chalk. He then used a chamfer to round the edges of a big piece of cement. Max was very proud of his work and couldn't wait to get started on the next step.
Next, Max gathered all the materials he would need. He found some columns to use as support beams, a circuit to light up his home, and a big piece of casing to use as the walls. He also found some caulk to seal up any cracks and make sure his home was draft-free.
Max was so focused on his work that he didn't notice a little problem. He had forgotten to check the clearance around his mouse hole! Suddenly, Max realized that his columns were too big and wouldn't fit through the mouse hole.
Oh no! What was Max going to do? He thought and thought, and finally came up with a brilliant idea. He would build his columns outside of the mouse hole and then use the casing to connect the columns and the hole.
Max worked tirelessly, and before he knew it, his home was complete. It was beautiful! Max had a cabinet for his food, a cap for the top of his home, and even added some insulation made from cellulose to keep him warm on chilly nights.
Max was so happy in his new home that he threw a big party to celebrate. All the other mice in the workshop came to admire Max's handiwork and they were amazed at how cozy and comfortable it was.
And so, Max lived happily ever after in his new mouse mansion, with plenty of room to grow and play. From that day on, Max was known as the greatest mouse builder in all the land, and all the other mice looked up to him with admiration. The end.
