Timmy's Half-Full Holidays

Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Timmy. Timmy was very excited because tomorrow was the start of the holidays! He had no school, no homework, and he could stay up late every night.

One evening, Timmy's mom told him that he had a monthly appointment with the dentist the next morning. Timmy was not excited about this at all. He was hoping to sleep in and have a lazy morning, but now he had to get up early for a visit to the dentist.

The next morning, Timmy woke up grumpy and dragged himself to the appointment. After the appointment, Timmy's mom surprised him by taking him out for a fun afternoon. They went to the park, ate ice cream, and even went to a movie. Timmy had so much fun that he forgot all about his morning appointment.

As the holidays went on, Timmy had more appointments, but they were all in the morning or afternoon. He was happy because he still had the rest of the day and the night to have fun. Timmy realized that appointments aren't so bad when you have the rest of the day to enjoy.

And that's how Timmy learned to have a half-full attitude and enjoy the holidays, even with appointments!
