Can's Calm Breathing Adventure

Once upon a time, there was a character named "Can" who had feelings just like you! One day, Can got very angry. But then Can remembered to take a deep breath and calm down. Can took a step back and thought, "I need to slowly breathe and think before I react." And that's exactly what Can did! Can took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. Can closed their eyes and thought about all the good things in their life. When Can opened their eyes again, they felt much better and were no longer angry. The end.
